Plating Services

Zinc Plating
The process begins by preparing and cleaning the surface—cleansing the substrate is an absolute must. This gets rid of all debris and contaminants. From there, we prepare a mixture of zinc metal ionic solution and other chemicals. The process involves adding an electrode in a bath and coating the material with zinc. Once we determine the appropriate plating method (rack, barrel, etc.), an electrical current is introduced. From there, we thoroughly clean the product and begin the post-treatment solution.
Chromating
Aluminum chromating is a coating used to passivate the surface of an aluminum component, or make it unreactive. In addition to presenting an aesthetically pleasing look, the finish also functions as a solid base for paint and adhesives, making it a reliable long-term choice. The process is known by other names, including chemical film and yellow iridite, and commonly performed on aluminum alloy parts in the aircraft industry.
Anodizing Service
Our team uses cutting-edge tools and equipment to finish components with a unique anodizing process. Typically used for aluminum alloys, our anodizing plating process involves penetrating the surface of the aluminum to add a special coat. The process produces a uniform, dense, reliable coat, and maintains optimal thermal and electrical insulation.
